DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Processing time is 1–3 business days.Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Processing 3-8 business day. Estimated arrival 2-3 weeks Via USPS.

TheBodyVault is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Please ensure your street number, street name, apartment/suite number, and zip code are correct before checking out.

A reshipment fee will apply if the order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Once your package is shipped via USPS, TheBodyVault is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.


RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds will only be issued if: •The package arrives damaged.•The Product is unsealed upon arrival.
